Delivery Policy
ThumbForge is a digital design service. Here's exactly how and when your files are delivered.
Last updated · June 2026
Digital files are delivered by email or download link within the stated delivery time after payment is received and you have provided the required brief and details. Nothing physical is shipped.
Delivery method
Final files are sent to the delivery email on your order, or made available through a client-portal download link. Where source files (such as Canva or Figma) are included in your package, access details are provided alongside the exported images.
Delivery timeframe
Each package lists a typical delivery window (usually 48–72 hours, or 24h with rush). The clock starts once both of the following are true:
- Your payment has cleared, and
- We have received a complete brief and any required references.
Monthly plans and rush orders are produced ahead of standard orders. Larger or custom-volume orders may have an extended timeline, which we confirm before you pay.
What you receive
- Web-ready PNG and/or JPG thumbnails at full resolution.
- Editable source files on packages that include them.
- A payment receipt for your order.
- A delivery confirmation recording the date and time files were sent.
Delivery confirmation
Every completed order is documented with the delivery email, the package name, the delivery date and time, the final file link, the revision count, and a completion status. Need an update mid-order? Request one any time via the Order Status page.
Delivery problems
If files do not arrive, first check your spam folder and confirm the delivery email on your order is correct. If anything is wrong, contact us with your order details and we will re-send promptly. Delays caused by an incomplete brief, an incorrect email, or slow responses to preview requests are outside our stated delivery window.
