Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ThumbForge when you place an order. By ordering, you accept these terms.
Last updated · June 2026
1. The service
“ThumbForge” is the trading name of an independent, owner-operated digital design studio based in India. ThumbForge provides custom digital design — YouTube thumbnails, channel banners, profile graphics, and related creator visuals. This is a digital service, not a physical product. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate brief and references so we can design what you actually need.
- Ensure you have the rights to any assets, photos, logos, or footage you supply.
- Respond to previews in good time so delivery stays on schedule.
- Use a valid email for delivery and invoicing.
3. Revisions & scope
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions refine the agreed concept. A new concept, a changed video topic, or work beyond the original brief may require a new order or an additional quote.
4. Payment
Orders are paid before design begins. Design work begins only after payment has cleared. Prices are listed per package and all prices are in US dollars (USD); custom work is quoted before payment. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.
5. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep your plan's assets for the remainder of that cycle.
- Payments already made for a cycle in which production has started are handled under the Refund Policy. If you cancel before any work begins on a new cycle, that cycle's payment is refundable in full.
- Plan allowances (such as thumbnails per month) apply to the cycle they are billed for and do not roll over to the next month.
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from the next billing cycle.
6. Ownership & usage rights
Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use the final files for your own channel and content. We will not publish your finished work as a public sample without your permission. Demonstration pieces shown on our site are labelled “Sample work”.
7. Acceptable use
We may decline or stop work on briefs that are illegal, hateful, deceptive, infringe others' rights, or misuse another person's likeness or brand. We do not create content designed to impersonate or defraud.
8. Limitation of liability
We deliver design work to a professional standard but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as view counts, click-through rates, or channel growth, as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Independence
ThumbForge is an independent design studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any order placed under them, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
