Refund Policy

Refunds are available only before work begins. Once a draft, preview, or final digital file has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed. Revisions are handled according to the terms of your package.

Before work begins

If you have paid but we have not yet started designing, you are entitled to a full refund. Just contact us with your order details and request to cancel.

After work begins

Once production has started and any draft, preview, or final file has been shared, the work is custom and made specifically for you. At that point refunds are not guaranteed. Instead, we resolve concerns through the revisions included with your package.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel before any work has started on a new cycle, that cycle's payment is refunded in full. Once production has begun on a cycle's assets, that cycle's payment follows the same rules as one-off orders — concerns are resolved through your included revisions, and partial months are not prorated.

Revisions, not refunds

• Each package includes a set number of revision rounds.
• We send a preview so you can request changes before final delivery.
• Revisions cover refinements to the agreed brief — not a brand-new concept or a change of video topic after work has started.

What isn't refundable

• Delivered digital files (final or source).
• Completed orders marked Delivered or Completed.
• Delays or issues caused by an incomplete brief or unresponsive communication.
• Change of mind after files have been delivered.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order details and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued back to the original payment method. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can put it right.

This policy exists to keep pricing fair for custom digital work and to keep ThumbForge transparent and trustworthy. Ordering means you agree to these terms.
